The authors of accepted papers should follow the below procedure before 15th mehr:
1: Pay the registration fee
2: Upload the abstract in a word document (follow the link at the end of your paper status notification email)
3: Upload the final paper in a pdf document (follow the link at the end of your paper status notification email)
4: The references should be according to IEEE Standards
Hint: The uploaded papers should follow the templates and should be out of grammatical mistakes.

The authors of ORAL papers should prepare a presentation in powerpoint according the Presentation template ICBME2010. The powerpoint file will be received 15 minutes before the presentation session in conference days.
The authors of POSTER papers should prepare a poster according to Poster template ICBME2010. The posters will be received 15 minutes before the poster session in conference days.
